I'm kind of worrying. I pre ordered from ea (bad choice) and I'm wondering when they are going to start shipping it. I heard all of the cds were supposed to ship on may 19th, which was exactly 2 weeks away from june 2nd. But now that we are one week away, I'm concerned. I have been checking my ea order a lot recently on the site and it is yet to say it has been shipped and there is no tracking number.
Generally, it takes clothes I order from the internet 2 weeks to arrive, so I expect it will take around the same amount for the sims 3.
Did anyone else pre order from ea or anyone else?

I preordered from Gamestop, but it isn't going to get here until 3-5 business days after the release day. The May 19th was probably just to all of the stores, not to the pre-orders so unless if you got overnight shipping or something, it won't get shipped until June 2nd.

I pre ordered from walmart and got one day deliever so I should get mines on the 3rd or 4th. As for other people if your pre ordered they will ship your game off as soon as it releases. Some stores send it off early so you can get it the day of the release.

see this is why i decided against pre orders i want it the day OF so i'll go to every store if i have to..lol

i pre ordered mine from EB games.
so i just have to go into the shop, show them my proof of purchase and then i get it and leave.
i really hope they have it on the day.

Actually..there should not be no worry..because I work at Gamestop..and we actually have the Sims 3 in stock
I was soo happy when I came in and read the email..yes shipment did come today for all the gamestops in my district...I didnt get to see the box/case yet..but tuesday is almost here and I cant wait to get my copy..I really hope they dont work me on that day...I will completely angry {cursing}
