so i was browsing on the web looking at some video cards
and if you go here: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/GeForce_7300_GT/get37243.html
It says i can download that. so i was wondering what do you guys think i should do? cause its a video card i can use for the sims 3 so.. i was thinking you guys can check it out tell me what you think ^^

It looks like that page is just for the drivers of videos cards. You should only download the driver for the video card you have installed, so only download that file if you have a NVidia GeForce 7300 GT video card.
You can see what type of video card you have by click on 'Start' > 'Run' then type in 'dxdiag'. That should open up a box. Click on the 'Display' tab and your video card should be listed there.
Drivers are just like software for your video card. To get a better video card you would need to buy the hardware and physically add one to your PC.
Not sure I could say the words 'Video Card' any more times in this reply... {blush}
