Karma is given when someone does something good, or when someone does something bad. It's a sort of reputation system we have here.
You earn it for doing good things like helping people out but can get it taken away for spamming and being rude. Anyone can give or take away karma, but you must have a legitimate reason for doing so.By the way, wrong section.
