??? Should i defrag my PC every week to keep the sims 3 running "alright". I play the sims 3 EVERYDAY, and i was wondering should i defrag once a week or that isn't really nessecary? I just want to keep it running "alright" like it is now. I play in windowed mode and i don't mind that at all. I don't really know too much about PC care, but i just want to know how often i should defrag.

They say you should defrag at least once a month. Depending on how you use your computer (like if you save tons of files or something), you could vary it up by doing it twice a month or something. Once a week sounds like it'd get boring, but it wouldn't hurt your computer if you did that.
