Why are almost all my sim's dorm mates hiding in their rooms? Is this normal? The dorm looks so lifeless.

Yeah, the roomies are annoying. They tend to stay in their rooms a LOT of the time. Coming out only when it's time for their classes usually. Trying to catch them is a pain x3

Eaxis already has released a number of expansion and stuff packs as well as Sims 3 and they still failed to fix this? What's wrong with those Eaxis people?

Is there no patch, fix, etc. for this? I've searched about this quite a bit and nobody seems to be bothered by it. I've seen a hack that will make the npc dormies have needs but it makes them pass out, piddle everywhere, and die since they're vegetables in the first place.
It wasn't like this when I only had University installed.

I've checked. They will have needs but they're too stupid that they keep passing out, pissing, and dying.

I already have so I want to confirm if it's true that the dormies have the habit of passing out and dying.
