i swear in one of the pics in the sims 3 gallery....it looked like a big hospital with a + symbol(which i assume means hospital) and it had a helicopter landing pad....and there was also a power plant lookin thing---so i guess the power can go out in the neighborhood?

actually that would be pretty funny having the power go out in the middle of the thunderstorm and just seeing my sims run aimlessly around their house....
