The song is from 'Katy Brand', she is a comedienne here in the UK, and she has her own TV Show, which is basically just full of Parody's of Celebrities. It's currently airing it's 3rd Season here, and this song was from the first Episode in this Season. It's meant to be a Parody of Lady GaGa - No Pants, if you can't guess, but a YouTuber has taken the song and edited it along to scenes of Miley Cyrus. Sorry to the MC/HM Lovers, but I just found this hilarious...
