RE: What are you thinking right now? - Minty - 07-06-2013 10:13 AM Electrohair, it's shocking! It's coz the air is so dry, & that sun is like having our heads grilled every day. The morning's only began, & although the weather forecasters say it's 14 degrees, the thermometer in the house says 20! I'm thinking I need to drink a whole lot more water today before I cook to death! RE: What are you thinking right now? - Caspin - 08-06-2013 08:42 AM I'm thinking that the previous guest to stay in this hotel room was a complete tosser. They left the alarm clock set to go off in the middle of the night! Also this morning my electrohair nearly got sucked into the fan. If I make it through breakfast alive it will be a miracle. RE: What are you thinking right now? - Ollie - 08-06-2013 10:45 AM LMFAO Caspin! RE: What are you thinking right now? - Minty - 09-06-2013 11:55 AM Damn it! Someone is cooking bacon & the smell's coming through the windows. Oh SO TEMPTING! RE: What are you thinking right now? - Caspin - 09-06-2013 04:41 PM Mmmmmm bacon! Had some this morning, lucky me. Woken at more reasonable hour this morning and in slightly more pleasant manner by loads of church bells announcing that it was breakfast time. RE: What are you thinking right now? - Ollie - 14-06-2013 10:43 AM YES! I did it, I have won! Finally the downfall of my sister and the uprising of me! RE: What are you thinking right now? - Minty - 14-06-2013 11:24 AM Dare I ask, Ollie? RE: What are you thinking right now? - Caspin - 14-06-2013 12:21 PM Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Down with her! (Poor girl, I don't even know her, but obviously I'm on Ollie's side. No sisterly solidarity for me!) RE: What are you thinking right now? - Ollie - 15-06-2013 12:45 AM I did what she constantly does to me; when I saw that she was going to annoy me to death with her "music", I struck with all my might and fire. I grabbed my ipad, turned up the volume and started playing some games, while she began to play her music loudly. She then began to "insult" me with her extremely flawed logic, eg; She said I was ugly, I then reminded her that she was my Sister (therefore if I'm ugly, she's ugly), she then told me I was adopted, I asked her to prove it, where was my adoption papers? She soon became aggressive, stomping over to me pinching me like a two year old, she took my ipad off me with her music still going blaring, she also suggested that she could do that because it was "music", but within the game I was playing was plenty of music. I soon got my ipad and brought it back to the lounge room, after a while of doing this back and forth, with the discussion of how I got my Late Night disk from her laptop (which I hadn't brought up before), she left the lounge room and victory was mine. After years of her stirring me up, I won! Note: That I didn't use any violence, my Sister might have, but I only used my brain (which clearly she doesn't have much of one). RE: What are you thinking right now? - Minty - 15-06-2013 10:27 AM Your sister's name isn't Shelly by any chance? I never understood that idea of being adopted as terrible. I really don't understand how it could be an insult in Australia of all places, where if "Home & Away" is anything to go by half of all Australian children are brought up by cuddly caravan park owning matriachs or ex-alcoholic rough diamonds. After Harry Potter, any adopted child can have wild fantasies about their parents being wizards. Come to think of it, a big chunk of children's literature is all about kids in some manner becoming estranged from their real parents one way or another & going on to become sorceror knight kings & queens as per their "destiny". When did this being adopted return to being an insult in the culture anyway? |
