I'm using IE 8 & when I try to open the simley box it doesn't work. ;-;
I'm not sure if it's the website or just IE.
I wouldn't be suprised if it was my computer though. xD

I think it's IE. I don't use IE but it works in FF :]

Safari is better.. and you can download it for free off the Apple website, windows users too.
