I don't understand -> my sims are happy, and they are always in good mood, but even though their relationships bar is full, they will not kiss, hug, or get engaged.
They kiss in bed and make woohoo in bed and they can make babys, but not fall in love..
Help? {unsure}

Their relationship may be high, but you have to to enough romantic interactions so that the options so up. It should say something like flirty first, then get all the way up to alluring and irresistible. THEN they can do everything.
