So I downloaded some cars off modthesims2.com so my sims could drive the cars my fiancé and I drive (and his sim could have his dream car garage) but since I installed them whenever it loads the game it takes about an hour to load up then shuts down..
I thought it might be the added content.. So I removed all the cars and tried to run it.. But the problems still there.. Should I uninstall the game and reinstall it again or is that's a bit drastic?? {unsure}

Have you...
1.Deleted the cache files located in my documents?
2.Updated the game?

Deleted it from my docs yea.. Updated the new patch today but that was before I installed the cars.. hmmm I just realized this shoulda been in tech talk.. Oops.. That's what happens when u post when frustrated and on an iPhone haha

Well... The only thing I can say is to consult the cars creator.
Most of the cars on the site are from the same guy anyway
