hi everyone. my mom's a huge sims fan, but she's having some trouble lately. she's had to format her computer recently, and we tried to backup all her families. now she's installed the game again, but we're not sure how to get the families back into the game.
if anyone could post specific instructions on how to do this, that would be very helpful.
also, another problem we're having is when trying to install expansion packs. she installed the first expansion, and then it told her she had to play with the original cd, and when she did that, it wouldn't recognize the expansion. so, if anyone has any answers for that too, please help. thanks in advance.
