Hey there!
So I was having this problem lately....when I enter Create-A-Sim mode and press the Looks section the whole screen goes black. I can't do anything...I must restart my PC to get out of it...
I've tried to reinstall it three times now and it's still the same.
I meet all the system requirements.
So does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

Sounds like you could have some faulty piece of custom content.
I used to be plagued by this because I downloaded Sims from the EA exchange, and a lot of people upload them with all manner of stuff that you have to have specific game mods for them to work properly. Gits!
Is it a clean install with no CC?

I downloaded it from a torrent, if thats what you mean....
My classmate had the same torrent ant the same files, and his Sims are working perfectly. So I assume theres something wrong with my PC....I guess.
