TS3 Body Shop

Eh, I'm pretty sure someone mentioned this before. But does anyone know if they are releasing it? And if the answer is yes, when.
As I said, I'm pretty sure, I think it was Bambi, saying that they haven't got anything planned so far.
But The Body Shop is a great way of promoting a game, and they WILL want to promote it. So I'm guessing they will release it sooner or later. Actually, I am pretty sure they will release it, however they are keeping that a secret. (among many other things... grr)

Looking back, TS2 Body Shop was released worldwide 5 months before the official TS2 release date. I googled it and we didn't have any release date back then, and we didn't have many trailers/pics/etc as well, BUT that same release date was announced a couple of days after they released the body shop. Which means that the Body Shop was their way of announcing the release date, bringing back the media attention to the game. (These guys know how to sell their products wisely.)
^ They announced that they were releasing the Body Shop about 1,5 months before they released that feature.

If we consider Spore, as it is closely related to The Sims; we have that the Creature Creator (Spore's analogy of The Body Shop) was released on June. About 3 months before the release date. The official release date had been announced back then, but then again, Spore is not The Sims, and it is way more risky to release a game from scratch, so they'll handle the promotion differently, I guess.

As far as we know, we have 3,5 to 6 or 7 months before we have the game.
My guess is that they will release TS3 Body Shop and it will be their way of announcing the official release date. I think that it has been mentioned a few times that the CAS feature is complete. According to the pics they released so far, that seems accurate. So yeah, that's my guess. It will be out soon, and it will be a surprise. What do you think? =/

I have no idea when it will be out. You say it was released 5 months before TS2 last time? Well, if TS3 is released March or April, that would mean it'd be out around October, November time. Whoa, that's close. {yes}
