mansion and garden pack trouble?
Can someone please please help me. I got the sims 2 mansion and garden expansion pack and i installed it but when i try to bring it up all it says is, Conflict with Emulation Software detected. I have tried almost everything and that thing still comes up when i try to load the game. Please help me!

Oh man ... I've never, ever heard of that problem ...
As much as I hate the BBS over on TheSims2.com these days, it might be a good idea to go over there to the "Technical Support" forum and see if someone there can help. Member since March 17th, 2008

Contacting EA won't help. As far as they are concerned it isn't a problem.
It is caused by programs such as Nero and burning software. As far as I know you either remove Securom, or your burning software. It doesn't matter if your burning software is legal, it will still conflict with it. Over at MATY they have instructions on how to get rid of Securom if you are computer savvy. |
