I've Been Thinking..
Maybe We Could Have Hospitals? U KNow. U Could Have Chances Of, Cancer, Or Other Known Ones. And, Maybe We Could Have Chances Of Someone Accidently Cutting Their Finger? And Have To Be RUSHED To The Hospital!? Or Like Pregnancy! U Have To ACCUALLY Goto The Hospital INSTEAD Of Haveing Ur BAby Out Of No Were? More Like REAL Stuff! U Know?
Also, Like Mcdonalds. When U Click The Car Select FastFood And Have Checkers, Mcdonalds,Bk, Etc! And U Pick It Up For DINNER, Breakfest, Snack, Etc! ??  ???

Hospitals are confirmed but I don't want something like cancer in the game. It will make the game too realistic.

But breaking bones would be a good idea!
Sims are indestructable. its annoying.

It should not have cancer. The game is supposed to seem slightly fictional and cartoonish. I guess what I mean is that cancer may make it a little less "innocent".

cancer is not a smart idea! like less say you are doing the best in your career
and your really rich, and then u get cancer, and u die. that would suck. if there

Hospitals would be nice but cancer isn't a great idea. My friends's mom has cancer and she likes to play the sims i don't her and others disgusted by the game.
