4 Disc Install?!

If TS2 had a 4 disc install...do you think TS3 would have a 4 or even a 5 disc
install???

I think with the new technologies they'll be able to fit the game on less than 4 or 5 discs.Look at the exspansion packs with 1 or 2 discs.I could be wrong but I doubt they'll have as many discs as before. :-\

I never had a 4 disc install for my TS2 Game :l Mine was only on disc.

Sims 2 on 4 discs must have been on cd. My Sims 2 is on 1 dvd disc. It goes five cd's on one dvd.

I think it was the earlier editions that had 4 disks. I got TS2 when it first came out, and it had 4 disks. Then I bought it for my cousins birthday 2 years after and it was just one disk, and I got a bit jealous :

But no, I don't think they will use 4 or more disks for TS3. I think they'll be capable of squeezing it onto 1 or 2 disks now.

I got the 4 disc one, and think that is fine. Had a girl visiting yesterday, and she got the one disk.
But she got only 4 extra maxis made houses... I got at least 8!

Lol, no I'm happy with my oldie 4 disks too, it's just, it was all shiny and pretty and compact :... And I came home with her to install it (she wanted to know as much about how to play it as possible, and I'm always happy to help when it concerns Sims lol) and it was much easier to install without the faffing about taking and putting different disks in.

And about the house thing. Yeah, I know I have at least 8 maxis-made houses too, I had a lot! That's odd. I never noticed with my cousins game. But I guess it's because I never use the maxis-mades anyways. I like making my own. But now I feel better about having the older version of the game
