Generation 7, woot!

Generation 7, woot!
Generation 7 as been born, and has reached toddlerhood!

I am so very proud. Generation 6 were twins, Hinata and Kotetsu and I decided that it would be Kotetsu to carry on the family name. I'm thinking about moving the family to a new house, since there have been a few generations here already; but I'm not sure yet, heehee!

I just wish I could get away from the green eyes. Ah well! Maybe next generation, haha!  Big Grin

i can hardly ever get past generation 2.

but right now iv'e started a pretty good family in my new neighbourhood, and they're doing pretty well and are at gen.2.

and the continuous green eyes are definitely a blessing! i love grren eyes! (not to mention cassie) and i NEVER get grren eyes passed down.
or the blonde hair... {...} it sucks!

Re: Generation 7, woot!
Aww, yay you! They kept their pretty green eyes (ah, that song is in my head now)! My Sims like to pass down the boring traits lol. {rolleyes}

The furthest generation I have reached is gen 10, but only in my legacy. Without it, I have reached gen 8. It gets hard though, it does, so props to you on making it so far. {yes}

Haha Adam, I also know you are fond of blonde hair, right? My Sims hardly ever pass down blonde nor ginger hair, it's nearly always black or brown, but that refects real life, as those colours are more dominant than blonde or ginger is.

Congratulations! It is difficult to get that far.

I'm a bit obsessed, however, and therefore have made it to gen 14. But it was extremely difficult.

And, oddly enough, I always get the neat traits passed down. I hardly ever have to deal with a brown hair, brown eyed baby Sim. They mostly all have blonde or ginger hair, green or blue eyes, and tan-ish (but not really tan) skin. Funny, huh? Wink

Re: Generation 7, woot!
Well, the eyes are all random (but usually green or blue as I don't use brown eyes for Sim families that much), it's just the hair in my game - but I like that it reflects real life in my game, and I can change it to blonde or ginger if I wish, so I am happy with it. Smile

My skintones are completely random too. It's just hair colour.

Well, alright. I would like that variety, actually. A lot of my Sims look extremely similar, and it's quite annoying...

Re: Generation 7, woot!
Mine do look very similar, bu there is a reason for that... Pegy skintones. They makes all the faces look the same. But they are very beautiful, so I can learn to live with that. Smile

Re: Generation 7, woot!
Blonde hair is a HARD genetic to pass on. It's such a recessive genetic. I've never had a blonde sim in this family. They've all been brown or black haired. And I have thrown blondes in to try and mix it up. I think the next sim I make for this family will be a red-head, see if I can't get something new there! lol

I like green eyes, don't get me wrong; but I've had them for ... what .. 4 generations now? Something like that, lol.

Exactly same with me, it's usually brown and black. But as you say, blonde is a rarer gene than people think, and it IS hard to pass on, I agree.

Oh, do make a red head! I adore them. {wub} They seem to have more personality than your average Sim, too - they stand out.

Yes, I do like redheaded sims. Which I think is why I like the Pleasant family so much; so many redheads! lol
