Sims 3 worl should be similar to GTA IV

yes i heard that two somewhere but i want both i want the graphics to really be amazing and from the pictures it looks it i want you to be able to see the glow of someones tan on there body and for you to actually tell what time of day it is from the lighting another thing i want to happen is for your to be a ble to see the moon stars and the sun ya no?
