Question please

I just recently bought Sims2 and I have Sims (along with all the expansion pack), do I need to delete Sims and download Sims2 or can I just download Sim2?

Also, would all the expansion pack from Sims can be used to Sims2?

You can just Install The Sims 2 without deleting the Sims but you can't use your Sims Expansion packs on The Sims 2, you need to buy Sims 2 Expansion Packs.
