i want the sims 3 to be like the real world put do your own rules like you can have everything in sims 3 to be like the real world .thats in the real world hospitals would be really great if sims 3 had a hospital but there is ganna be a hospital in sims 3 i know i had a look  at the screen shots its ganna be great
