What will happen?

I was wondering when i was thinking about ts3 (which i think about ALL the time , seriously) what will happen to the forums lol

Erm, hopefully it will be more active, and we'll all have plenty more to talk about.

I do think it will change, a lot. Mostly because I think most of the regulars here now will have left by the time Sims3 is released. That's just my guess, I have no idea. I also think we'll get new regulars. I think it'll change for the better and go back to the old days (March, early April).

^ I agree. It'll get more active and be more focused on TS3, compared to now where we know nothing about the game.

ya, there will be new regulars but I think some old regulars will stay.  The forums will be very different I am sure and probably will have a ton of new members.

I think those that are here now will still be here and even a bit more vocal. I also agree with Cassie that there will be new regulars.

right now we're kinds runing out of things to talk about
when the forums just started there were many posts in the ideas section but now there are hardly any new topics since we've covered alot of stuff already
once TS3 comes out we'll have new stuff to discuss so the forums will be more busy
but i think that for the week or two after the game comes out it'll be sort of quite since everyone will be playing

I think the site will get much more active. SimsFans will be re-opened. There will be a lot of things to talk about. The forums will buzz. The image galleries will be big. The news will be lengthy. Everything will be great.

Look at the fan event. There were loads more people here trying to find out information. We gained many members during that time that we still have today. SimsFans is not going anywhere.

Regulars will begin to leave, there is no doubt about that. It always happens. Hopefully not too many, but we will definitely get more. I will be going no place, lol.

As long as the site continues to grow and prosper, there shouldn't be any problems!

ya, I intend to stay just because I love this site and its a great place to go plus I probably won't get TS3 immediately so I will be here to find out what everyone thinks of it!  I can't wait until this site is bustling...I love it when it is.

Yeh I guess everyone will show their pics of what their sims is doing. More people will be talking about whether they like the game or not. I guess when the expansion Packs come out, It will have more people talking too. SO that is what might happen. I guess for now, things are a bit quiet because of the lack to discuss ideas and general information. The site will also be very helpful in many ways, like people showing others what to do if they are confused and secrets and if someone is having trouble to install the game, maybe a few of us can help. So it will be more active and stuff. On the day we get the game this forum will be buzzing and stuff. But after that, it will be much quieter and then maybe we will have loads to discuss about
