Well, I think it is a big deal. I certainly wouldn't like it if I worked on a game for 4 years or so and then it was leaked and people downloaded it. EVEN IF IT IS FOR A PREVIEW, It's still illegal.

All I'm going to say is that I wish I had downloaded Spore. Would have saved me $50.
EA should have come out with a demo. Practically every fan has wanted one.
I'm not going to download it because it is incomplete and it sounds like SecuROM is on it, but, I am nervous about it running on my laptop now that my computer broke, you know? But I already have it preordered. Even if I can't play it on my laptop I will wait until my desktop is either fixed or replaced and just read the manual every day and watch everyone's gameplay vids and look at pictures. Though I want to know how it will run, I'll risk it anyways.
And I don't feel bad for EA. Like I said, I should have downloaded Spore. But instead I bought it. [Actually my boyfriend bought it for me for our one year anniv.] And that money could have been used for something better.

Yes piracy is bad. But man it's so little compared to the other crimes people commit.
I think it's a crime to pay 0.99 cents for a song, btw. xD
