The music is just so sad, though! But yes I do think that it makes me more sad that it is based on a true story...
Exactly.
The part which makes me want to cry the most is when they are rushing people on the life boats and they play music and show the lady putting her kids to sleep while the room is filling up with water as well as the old couple  cuddling in bed. Sad

OMG I was JUST going to say that. The kids being put to bed and the old couple, so, so sad. I LOVE Titanic. I mean, I wouldn't want to be on it or anything, but I love the theory. It's like with September 11th. I'm interested in it, I read the conspiracies, but I don't like that 9/11 actually happened.

Anyway, yeah, I was going to mention Titanic and the bits Ahmed mentioned, also at the end when Rose dies as an old woman warm in her bed [what Jack said to her when they were freezing in the ocean] and she is reunited with those who died on the ship and is with Jack again. And that music plays. Always gets me even more upset [I'm always crying before this point anyway].

Omg, that was extremely sad. The part where it's raining and his ex-wife gives him the note. But I laughed when he gave his ex-wife's husband/boyfriend the finger. XD

I love reading about Titanic. It's interesting for me to see pictures of people who were actually on the boat and stuff

Nearer my god to thee - the band plays... or something like that lol... makes me almost cry!!

And also Australia... when Nicole Kidman says goodbye to Nullah in Darwin when he gets shipped off to Mission Island and he says "I'll Sing you to me, mrs. Boss," To which Nicole Kidman replys: "And I shall hear you!" that part always tends to get me choked up. I really enjoyed that movie...

*hands up if you lifted your straw in unison with the wand-raising* Big Grin

... just me then? {unsure}

I thought Dumbledore falling was funny, actually. O.O
I only cried at the wand-holding. My friends laughed at my being an emotional wreck.

Re: Saddest Movie Moments?
It's just the way he looks, it's so comedic to me. I don't know, I kind of hate Michael so maybe that's why I found it funny. But when they raise the wands, I think of Richard, and it makes me feel so sad. Sad

LOL I found it kinda funny too XD
I agree, I liked the old Dumbledore way better. He just seems kinder.
