I think Arnie is pretty important, though, I'm wondering who that dieter character is and what he's doing residing with Arnie. Arnie seems to be heading towards the top of his politcal career. He works at town hall, and his bachelor pad is pretty nice, he even seems to throw black tie affairs raising money and such.

I wonder if Dieter is his German love interest teehee. You know, back in the day, it wasn't abnormal for older gents to have young lovers when running for politics, it made you that much more popular and they wanted to learn from you.
