Raccoon city was once a normal city until a strange mist came into the city and all forms of Inhuman beings were Created . The Republic Despised all of the inhuman beings and most civilians tortured them . The Democrats tried to send them away but they kept on coming back and the whole city is angry with each other and the inhumane.The economy has gone downhill,Crime Rates have went up and the USA decided to quarantine . What nobody knew was that all off the inhuman people were Kind hearted Until one scientist tried to put an end to them but Reversed the genes making it a creature type who needed the Cells,blood and Brains of others and if you are bitten or killed by these creatures then you are too soon become one yourself.

The government sent  SIM-Squad into Raccoon city to rescue survivors.
