Video Card Not Good Enough???

Pentuim 4 dual core 2.4hz
2GB DDR2 RAM
200GB hard drive

3 years old to. so not to shabby. huh? Wasn't to spendy either, around $1300 with a 22 inch HD LCD Monitor.
