I've had up to 3 Ghosts on a single lot. So, to see a Ghost, it's random.  But you must have their tombstone or urn on the property somewhere.

Thanks for that. The couple I had that died, well I bulldozed the house because I am learning to build houses still, and it wasn't very good and I couldn't undo some changes so I just thought a clean slate would be better. I don't remember seeing any urns or tombstones though. They just vanished, almost like they never existed. I do see their pictures in the family tree of other family members though. Did I lose their tombstones or urns by bulldozing?
