Efficiency? I need some inputs.

Re: Efficiency? I need some inputs.
Thanks for the input. Yes. It has become repetitive but becomes extremely easy for each succeeding generation. The third generation boy already has maxed out all the personalities during childhood stage. First time I've been able to do that. Unfortunately, at this stage, the Sim (using the best looking male and female stock model) has deteriorated in the looks department (still looks better than all the male townie sims but nowhere near the looks of the grandparents). Can't waste his maxed out personality though. Hopefully this new female sim "Create a Sim" (non-cc) can fix genes for the better.

The teens (all with knowledge aspirations) get sent to college in around 3 days just to get the dancing, billiards (just to complete all of the scholarships minus the paranormal life-stages), *insert name* is an overachiever, and learn fire protection/anger management/etc. if it pops up in their Wants. For my play style, it's their shortest life stage.

Fortunately, I sent a 3rd generation sim to college on a dorm which was occupied by the previous sim generations which in turn is also full of career rewards (minus cowplant since it kills dormies a lot), very expensive stuff, lots of voodoo dolls, and aspiration rewards) yesterday. I had him get his father's sentry bots, munchiebots, and cleanbots since the dad has his natural hobby in Tinkering

It was the first time I saw this Sentry Bot in action and it was a nice break from all of the repetitiveness. Then, one of the girl sim's Wants was to buy a statue so I bought a flamingo and a garden gnome since it was the cheapest of the lot. Every time, a dormie gets that evil look in them the sentry bots zap them.

I thought that the sentry bots were broken since the dormies are always non-hostile npcs. It was only when I had one of the sims kick the garden gnome that the sentry bots zapped him.

Sentry bot zappings became a bit boring after a day since dormies get zapped wayyyy too frequently (at least 4x a day).

Haven't seen the Munchie Bot in action though since my sims are all witches anyway who's motives almost never decay due to the rewards and snapdragons left behind by the previous generations.

Just wanted to share.
