Please help! Problems with Riverview neighbourhood

Sorry, I'm not that technical with things like that so I have no idea what any of those things are? The game has been working fine and now it isn't. The only thing out of the ordinary that I can think of is that in My Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 3 there are these files that have appeared that were configured around the time I tried to load Riverview. These are;

The mdmp ones are MDMP Files and the ones without mdmp are Text Documents. Inside the Text Documents there is a mass of random things that make no sense to me.
