Question about collecting money from owned properties.

When I started playing I used to have to click all the deeds one by one and collect the money from them. Then after one update they put all the deeds together and one click was enough for my Sim to go collect all the money, but now after the most recent updates the deeds have disappeared and I found a new option in the Cellphone, the "Check Estates", where I can collect money there, but I can't find a way to collect all the money at once. I have to collect one, wait till it's over, use the cellphone again, and then collect a new one.


Please tell me there is a way to make this easier, it's worst then it was at the start, at least then I could queue up all the actions and now I can't.
