I'm not sure I would want alcohol in my game, but a sim alcohol would be hilarious! Sims could get drunk after one slurp. Little sparks would burst from them or something, and the sim would go crazy. They wouldn't get in like a car crash or something, but they would be temporarily very crazy and paranoid. ;D
