Like... Say you are playing the Smith family. While you are playing the Smith family, the Jackson family is STILL aging and living, but rather than doing anything interesting (interracting with other people, etc.) they are just sort of... in auto-pilot mode. Going through the day, eating, going to work, etc.
I don't know how that would work... but it seems vaguely plausible! Either that, or the other families would just be treated as NPCs or Townies while you are not playing them? |
