Families age together

I like the sound of the universal aging.  Since I always tend to make 'stock' families for my sims to have as friends and what-not.  I'll probably have to make more of them as they age, but they'll actually progress which will be nice.

The notification idea is a good one, same with the option to speed/slow/turn-off the constant aging.  I sort of see it so far as, they are setting it up so all of the sims will run their lives in auto-pilot and we're just there to intervene when we want.  So we're not playing the Smith or the Cambell family, we're playing everyone at the same time.  It's just a matter of where we put our attention.
