Seamless neighborhood
More customization options for furniture, buildings, and in CAS
Weather, gardening, cars and all the basics we have at the moment in TS2
Hospitals, and other important features that would make TS3 more realistic

i think thats probably the most revolutionary feature that will change and distinguish ts3 gameplay from the previous ones. Big Grin
