The new moodlet system, instead of needs bars
Seamless neighborhood
More customization options for furniture, buildings, and in CAS
Weather, gardening, cars and all the basics we have at the moment in TS2
Hospitals, and other important features that would make TS3 more realistic

Seamless nighbourhood without a doubt. This is the biggest new feature that EAxis will be talking about a lot in the future, they're very proud of it, so to say. I am really excited for this feature, it will change gameplay so much. Smile
