You know how kids have, like, a safety gate thingy on their bed so they don't roll out? well, That would be cool in-game. So, like, when they sleep on the couch the could roll off. and I saw in one of the magazine spreads that one person's characteristics included "light Sleeper". So then, when the kids rolled out of bed, or off the couch, they could wake up, or continue to sleep.

Yes I think a safety gate is a terrific idea! It would provide functionality, keeping the munchkins out of the bathroom or whatever, and it would also serve to make the house look more "normal" more homey. Cool idea dude!
