Just buy the expansion you want.. My favorites are Seasons and Open for Bussiness, I recomend you those expansion packs too..
University expansion pack its really cool, but its cooler with Seasons expansion pack, Snow... Rain... Leaves falls down... When its raining some trees burn with the beams, its REALLY intresting playing both at the same time.. But its your choise... Just 1 thing.. I think University Expansion pack its really nice..
