Yes it is.

Frugal - avoids wasting things (why would a homeless person want to waste food or materials that might keep him warm etc?).
Light Sleeper - Homeless people don't sleep a lot.
Friendly - Some hobo's can be friendly. They aren't all necessarily mean.

The last two I don't think fit as much, but that's all down to opinion and choice.

Excitable - Excited when he finds something new and interesting.
Childish - A bit unaware of exactly how everything works, which may have been what landed him in the situation in the first place.

I think the excitable trait actually means they get excited when you tell them to do something, or so it said in the TSR review.

And I can understand childish now, thank you.

Is there an actual LIST of traits you can give your sims, or are people just assuming these traits will be available?  {blink}  I'll definately be making a Hobo ifever/whenever I get TS3, my fiance has a hobo in TS2 on my broken computer, lol.
