Yeah, that usually happens if domains are down. Maybe it's just the domain that is down then.

A domain is basically the web address which would be http://www.thesims3.ea.com, but if it's an EA domain, I don't understand why none of the other EA domains are down, unless each EA domain is hosted individually.
