yeah i had quite a bit of hair for awhile and probably could've donated it but isnt there a set ammount?

I always wanted long hair, it's finally past my shoulders. :Smile I wouldn't want to part with it, but not in selfish ways. I do things for charities but I couldn't part with my hair - my mum would never let me anyway, she is obsessed with it. And I don't know anyone who has done this kind of thing. Sad

My hair can't be cut above my shoulders...ever...or I'll go crazy. Wink But I could never get it long enough to where I could donate enough and still keep enough. So...

ya, same for me now, but I cut it twice when I was little.  If it gets long enough that I could cut that much again without making me hate my haircut, I would do it.  I may do it again someday when its longer.

I have donated my hair once. I had it really long and I decided I wanted a "radical" change in my life. It felt really good giving my hair to someone who needs it more than I do.

I totally admire people who donate their hair, as I could never do it myself, I am very attached to my hair. But I do things for charity, I just couldn't part with my hair - I even get scared when I just go to the hairdressers for a quick trim.

People say my hair is long, but... I don't see it. My hairdresser even makes me stand up just when she's trimming the ends. It is a longer than my shoulders quite a bit, but people have WAY longer hair than I do at shool. I adore long hair and I am determined to get it myself. Smile
