I'm not sure, but even if I gave you the house with absolutely nothing in it (no wall paper, flooring, etc) I still don't think it'd let you install it. Someone did that for me once, made sure there was nothing but base game items in the house, and the game still wouldn't let me install it.

Otherwise, I would not mind emptying it out and letting you decorate it however you wanted to
