i think they could die from car accidents. i mean, sims could die from silly things like falling satellites and getting eaten by flies in the sims 2, so i wouldn't rule it out lol.

No, I'm against it too. We see it everyday in real life, why would we wanna see it in a video game? I'm not liking it.

You're not the only one.

That is so stupid to have sims die in a car crash.

You can be on a roll with your family, or movie making, or you have come a long way with a sim. You don't want that sim dying in a car wreck.

Deaths shouldn't be random in this game, as they were not in TS2. In The Sims 2, all the deaths, besides dying of all age, they weren't random, which means that you can do them on purpose. Someone who didn't want their sim to die by satellite wouldn't have their sim watch clouds. People who didn't want their sim dead by fire wouldn't have their sim stand there and get burnt up. They would have the sim call the fire department, or have a fire alarm. Same with the pool...simmers who do know know to put a ladder in the pool and don't remove it.

maybe the car accidents won't be random then. like maybe if a sim is too tired to drive it would cause one.

Maybe it depends oh how well your sim can drive? Like a person has reckless driving and sims have to watch out for them or they will get into a crash.

Or a car can have many interactions.

Like the options when you click on a car can be:

1. Drive to....
2. Drag race
3. Don't obey traffic rules...(which means disobey stop signs and stuff) The only sim that has the chance of getting killed is the sim that chose to disobey, since the other sim involved may be a sim you care about and did not make that decision.)
