Im your age as well and the only person who knows is my Bf. he always calls while I'm playing and I zone out (because im paying attention to my game) and he can always tell and will say "youre playing sims arent you? i'll call back later" its kinda funny. but he plays halo3 and cod4 all the time so he cant complain =D

Well I am 43 and I love the Sims. My bf thinks I am silly to spend so much time on it, and he just laughs when I get so excited about something, like Sims 3!! My friend is in her 50's and she plays more than I do!!

Dude, there are 20 year olds who play the sims, maybe even 50 year olds. The Sims is the sims, and it was made for kids your age.

Anyway, even though my friends are pretty cool about it, they do make fun of me. However, people are used to me being a little off beat so I just don't care. I love the sims, deal with it!

And well some of my friends have Sims but they don't talk much about it. So lonely....
So yeah i know how you feel .
I'm not very social in real life. I'd rather type then talk.
So whenever someone calls whether i'm about to play Sims 2 or not, i just tell them i gotta go.

I never get on MSN or stuff. Usually on Yahoo, and Myspace.
Whenever i chat with my friends on Yahoo, i usually get off 30 min or so later.
Then i talk to my sims
Anyone feel like that they're parents(more specifically their mom  {shifty}) don't want you guys to play The Sims?
Or be obsessed with them?
Cause my mom is always telling me to stop being so over obsessed with getting EP for them or something.
