Re: Can your computer run The Sims 3?
I've read a lot of people are getting the FAILED response from the system check, especially to those who have Windows Vista. However you could always update your computer, instead of waisting your money into buying a new one just to play the game. You could go around and shop, or shop online for the correct components and replace them with the ones that are already in your machine, unless your computer is old like a 95 or something Tongue. Laptops are a bit tricky on this part, I would suggest going to a computer store to have them do it or check.

I know I'm going to upgrade my computer just a bit for the game, even though I Passed.

Just for fun, I went to my local library and use their computer, and did the system check just to see what it would say, and it passed only on 1 thing but the rest of it failed. {lol}

Yep, I'm good, and I better be because this is a brand new laptop and I just got it in early feb. I have a few games that I will be uninstalling on here. For ex: All sims 2 games and eps, and bully scholarship edition which I paid $30 for and it NEVER worked {cursing} what a waste of money. A few other games too.

I hope everyone can still run itSad

New 17" Laptop with wireless printer/scanner combo-$1,400
Sims 3 Pre-order-$70
College Books-$500
Being envied by your friends while they cram for exams and you play TS3- PRICELESS!!!!

Forget Visa, Mastercard, and American Express- it pays to Discover!!!!
