For example, when the sims 2 first came out, there was no custom content. The Sims 2 girls looked decent because they have a fair amount of makeup and CC. Without that The Sims 3 is by far the winner.

all the sims 3 ones look too similar to eachother...like they're all kinda round,,, the eyes are similar and the mouths...everythig :/

For example, when the sims 2 first came out, there was no custom content. The Sims 2 girls looked decent because they have a fair amount of makeup and CC. Without that The Sims 3 is by far the winner.
[/quote]Yeah I agree.I think the developers need to make the game as customisable as possible so we can eliminate CC or keep it as minimal as possible.

I think I know what you're talking about, one thing I don't like is when people use "unrealistic" maxis skintones and eyes and put shiny "realistic" clothes or hair on them. It looks fake and kinda weird. But I'm talking about high quality CC from guys like Luis, Oepu or Bruno.

Apparently you have no idea about CC. There's more than just photorealistic CC out there. Some creators even paint their own textures.
There's also Maxis-match stuff for people who enjoy that style and simply want more variety.

Just because you don't know how to do it, doesn't mean that others don't know how to do it.
