Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
Of course I have! {yes} They should never have done such a low thing.
![]() Trust me, the date won't stick. It may not be released in November, but it definitely won't be released in July. They'll take too much of a beating for it, and they can't really handle that these days. At least, I'm hoping they can't. Nah, I won't lock it. But I really do feel your pain. I actually cried when I found out, and I'm not the crying type. I may even write to WB as well, if you don't mind. [center]

It's...the doughnut manatee. XD |

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
'Course I don't mind, more the merrier!
![]() The thing is, we've all suffered 'delays' and 'push backs', sure. But they do realise that the time length that they have postponed by is actually just a little less time than it takes to make an entire HP movie? Is this going to effect the rest of the release dates? With this rate they'll be going until 2020. {rolleyes} Who's decision was this? Who actually proposed the idea to move it back? Whoever it was, I hope you die... painfully (unless you have kids in which case I hope you die painfully when you're an old, old man). ![]() |

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
I read on Wikipedia, that right now they are getting ready to send it to somebody (heck, idk {wacko} ) so they can look over it. I'm like, then WHY did you push it back!? You can still release it you dirty filthy son of a---

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
I completely agree...a whole year is definately pushing it. A month or two I could deal with, but a year is just unreasonable. All I can say is they better be working their (ahem) butts off on the last two movies while we wait, because if they're just sitting around during this time, they'll have some angry mobs with pitchforks and torches outside their doors sooner or later.

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
This film has been ready for a while now. It's packed and ready to be delivered to the public. So they're just going to leave it to go dusty in the back room for 11 months, are they? Yeah, Smart guys! Have a cookie! Please choke on it while you're at it!
I don't like Warner or his brothers. {glare} Give me Roy and Walt Disney any day. At least they had a passion and didn't care about all the money. ![]() |

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
I miss the old days. I really do. When everything was simple and the #1 concern for most businesses was their fans. Now they couldn't care less about us. It's a shame, really.
I say bring back the 80's and 90's. Those were the good days. (There may have been better days before that, but I wasn't exactly alive then. )

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
80's? If I remember correctly you weren't alive then, either? {lol} You remind me of Brad! He said in the 80's, he had gelled hair and something about riding in a car with the wind in your hair. And he was only a baby in the 80's. {rolleyes}
Well anyway, from today and forever I will never respect or like WB ever again. PS: You need to check out the reactions on YouTube, highly entertaining.

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
Nope, I wasn't. I was born right on the brink (1990). However, the early 90's weren't much different than the late 80's, so technically I did experience the 80's. Not to the full extent, maybe, but enough to know it was a good time.
Oooh, reactions...I'll definitely have to have a look-see when I return.

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
On my baby photos (right when I was little, like aged 0-2) It did look very 80's, I admit. But I liked the 90's too, way better than the 2000's. Actually, I lie. The early 2000's were good (like, 2000 to 2003) but past that, it's just gone way down.

Re: Half-Blood Prince Film Thread
I completely agree. I've tried my best to not become the year, but it seems very hard to succeed in this world if you're still living like it's the 90's.
