I believe it's also in the FAQ back on page 3.

It'll be under the "Actions" link.

One other question, Why does my blue egg have an "actions" button while the dragons don't?

They all have that "Actions" option, even as eggs.

I know why the other dragons don't have an "actions" button, they're not listed in my account :O

Plus, I get this error when I try to adopt an egg
"Try as you might, you can not seem to find the egg you are looking for in the abandoned area. "

That means someone has grabbed it before you.

Also, if you're seeing the "you pick up the scroll labled "usernamehere"" that means you're not on YOUR actual scroll.  You will only see the "Actions" link available when you're on YOUR scroll, and you need to be logged in to your account, to see this as well.
