No, it doesn't looks like ur all in gore and something. It's a normal question.
He got something like a heartattack in the sea (I don't know how it's called in English, so that's why I say 'something like')
And, then he couldn't swim anymore ofcourse. Some teenagers found him, and called for the lifeguards. And, then all that happened.
