Could someone tell me the chances of having twins regularly with Sims 2. Then also could someone tell me in steps how to use a cheat to get the twins.

Well, if you want to cheat, type forcetwins during the pregnancy.
If you want them the natural way, feed your pregnant sim cheesecake. ^^

There's a 10% chance of having twins naturally in the game, but after four years or playing, I've only had them naturally three times.

The only cheats I'm aware of are "forcetwins" and something like "twinsare2cute" that you type into the cheat bar (press ctrl, shift and c at the same time). Obviously you need to do this while the Sim is pregnant. As far as I'm aware, you need the Open for Business EP for this to work. Also, try getting your pregnant Sim to eat Cheesecake before and during pregnancies to not ensure twins, but greatly improve the chances (however, this always works for me). You need Open for Business for this, too.

Really? I tried it at my friends home and it worked! Perhaps it was just a bizarre coincidence lol? Ah well, I know forcetwins works!

also, eating spaghetti will up your chances!

forcetwins can be used in not only Open for Business, but any EP AFTER OFB.

Well, if you have freetime. The new aspiration rewards has the one where it like doubles your chances of having twins.
